Hello binxgook. Long time no see.

I'd use much larger fonts throughout. Everything is legible at 800x600, but what about at larger screen resolutions?

I'd get rid of the exit, but that's me.

Make your enter link much larger than your 2257 link. Also, drop the 2257 link to the very bottom of the page below that other sponsor link. Which one would you rather have the surfer click on?

I like having the title of the free site on every page. It's not a rule as far as I know, but I think it 'comforts' the surfer.

Your thumbs are tiny, but your fullsize pics are HUGE. You'd be better served by bringing your thumbs up to 120-160 on the long side and optimizing your big pics down to 600-800 on the long side. The one pic I downloaded was 123 kb. That's more than twice the size that I shoot for.

You're recips look very scattered - you can sorta see it at 800 wide, but it gets really bad at 1024 or 1152. Try centering the cells & makeing them all 25% wide.

I think this design could be good 2 years ago :) it is not good for now
For this:
Firstly make different font sizes, users must see where they can enter and see pics, not search for such links
