Photo shop question
 

Hello can somebody send me a tuterial about how to get that shine effect on screenshots
i mean sometimes you take screen shots from movies but they are all bad (dark or not sharp or without any shine)
i have notice that there are many sites that have realy nice pics shine and good colors
