Still waiting for my counter tops. They called me again yesterday saying that they were taking longer then expected to fabricate. I guess they just want them to really be worth 5K but really at this point all I want is a hole to stick a kitchen sink in. lol

Been trying to get better at video editing. I'm finally to the point were I can do basic stuff without struggling so I'm starting to teach myself how to do more stuff like titles and transitions. Still only doing very basic stuff but I am starting to get a grasp on how it all works. Here are a couple of very short preview mpegs I made for Angela who is another tranny that has been having Luna and I help her get her site started.

It snowed a lot yesterday & today it's warming up & it's a big sloppy mess outside. Because of this, for some reason, I have a puddle of water in my basement - not big yet, but waterin the house when no one spilled it is not a good thing.

I'm betting that I have water in my Pool House too, but I'm too scared to go look :D

I will be here all day, as I really need to get this laptop in order for Vegas & finish up on some stuff before next week when I do my year end stats :)

Well, twas the night before the night before... it is suppose to go up to about 45F today... which is a nice switch from the -40F with the wind we have a couple of days ago. However, it is also going to drop right back down to about -10F by tomorrow... so there ya go.

Cleo, your getting better. For trailers, work on getting a piece of music, and integrate the images to the music. Drop the counts that are there, except maybe for a moan or two. Pick up the pace... it's all good :-)

Yeah doing a music track is the next thing on my list to learn. Not sure how well I'll do at mixing music but I'm going to give SoundTrack a try since it came with Final Cut Pro. Either that or I'll just buy some porn music. lol

Good, well, afternoon now everyone. I've got my coffee brewin and am putting off shoveling the walk today....its in single digits, like 8 degrees without a wind chill factor. Ah well, all is well I guess, and I've always loved Christmas...especially when it is followed by a two week vaction that will see me having sex instead of designing and watching it.

I have two Portuguese men here installing the first part of the granite counter tops and the first part of the upper counters. The opening under the pass through window wasn't big enough so he was using a hammer and chisel which was going to take him until next year to do so I handed him my jackhammer. Why do workers always get so shocked when they find out that a female home owner owns a jackhammer? My house is made out of concrete so how else am I suppose to knock holes in my walls? He says that in America woman are very different and in Portugal you would never see woman working on the roads and he can't believe that in America woman do.

I have no desire to travel since I hate not sleeping in my own bed and find traveling just a giant pain in the ass but I do enjoy hearing about how things are in other countries.

I'm also very glad that I'm not one of those women that he sees out working on our roads. :D

24 hours to go.... and then all will be back to normal....

I am so glad we get christmas before anyone else... maybe it will be over quicker..... :D
