OK.. at start I have to say I barely belive it but it all makes sense..
I have over 100 sites accepted at my small LL from these domains I see them listed also at LOR, RR, Penisbot, Cleo, Netpond and many more

All domains using same name server (NS1.NAME-REGISTER.NET & NS2.NAME-REGISTER.NET) and all sites are using '?fid=' tag to track clicks. If you hit root of each domain you will find fake tgps with hosted galleries - affiliate id match. Also all domains have fake whois using yahoo emails but this one and this seem to match. Also at two of them is same email (skerza@yahoo.com)
Of course as you can see there is some kind of pattern in those IPs...

forgot to mention all free sites at those domains use same (or nearly similar) meta tags
