A deadly pair of old shoes
 

well for those who dont know I drywalled my 8 year olds room for christmas and a new bedroom outfit, any way I my wearing an old pair of gym shoes and without socks to sand a coat of dryed joint compoud and noticed the bottom side of my heel hurt like hell after I was done sanding and looked to if something got in it and nothing, so the next day it hurt badly and noticed a crack in the skin and looked like a infection set in, so I get so many pain pills a month for other reasons and it was hurting bad so I just popped more pills than normal to get the room done before xmas was here for the surprise outfit came, so we got it all done and the pain went away and the infection seemed gone and 10 days later I put those same shoes on to go get the kids from school and two hours The pain came back, I could not believe it, that was monday and tuesday I took my last pills for the month and was gonna have him call in some antibotics (I have a cool doctor)
and tuesday night it hurt so bad that I was gonna saw my foot off and out of pills and 2 am thumping like crazy, so I cant walk hardly at all on it and take 20 min. to put my shoe on to go to the ER or my doctor and I say fuck it I'll go to him and he looks at it and says " You have a serious staph infection" and I say well amoxicellion shold do it and refill my pain pills a little early.. And He says "We have a foot doctor in the building to open it up and drain it and the only antibothic that would touch that is keyflex and if its not better in a few days come back.. The bottom of my foot hurt so bad that I couldnt put my shoe back on and had to have a wheelchair take me to my truck and hobble in the drug store for the medication..

I am gonna burn those fucking shoes at the lake this summer and allways wear socks even if your going out for 10 minutes or doing something in your house.. Isnt that some shit...

Good news I think its getting better - last night I sweated a bunch and today it not as painful and my stomach feels all fucked up from the high powered antibiotics and I am floating along

Staph is present on everyone's skin and is a pretty dangerous thing.

I sure hope you feel better. Staph and Blood Poisoning are quite painful and deadly.

In my early teens, I was hospitalized for a week for a staph infection on my right pinky. It was cool though cause I had some hottie nurses that would come in and mount me every night. Actually, I think that was just the drugs making me hallucinate about the nurses. Either way, it was nice.

Thanks guys it allways makes a person feel better that others hope you get better...
