Anyone heard of the Greese Man? He was a radio announcer for DC101 in Washington, DC. He got fired for saying "Hell, we ought to kill 4 more and take the whole week off" or something very close to that.

My reaction was "'slip up', my ass."

I remember him. He was the "top dog" in morning radio, at least in the DC area, for quite a while. Used to listen to 101 when I was periodically on assignment to Quantico, VA in the late 80's and early 90's. And he and the show were definitely "greasy". LOL

I've heard of The Grease Man - mostly because Opie & Anthony reference him form time to time - and I knew he got fired, but never knew what it was for.

That's very inappropriate.
