Ahh yes, football :) The one thing that will make me fore-go any & all plans & put me on the couch for 10-12 hours :D

I was hoping to see a nice SnowBowl in Philly today, but this is just stupid IMHO:
About one foot snow was expected to fall in Philadelphia before the 3 p.m. kickoff on Jan. 23, but city officials said the field and stadium should be completely cleared out. More than 750 workers were on standby with 975 shovels and 65 tons of ice-melt. The field at the Linc was covered by a tarp and heated to 70 degrees.

Oh well, maybe that foot of snow will wait until 3 to arrive :)

I'll be here until game time :D

Damn...we got a lot of snow during the night. Nothing but plowing and football going on today :) Should be around most of the day.

Good morning, 20 inches of snow as of this morning and we are under blizzard warning until 6:00pm. It will be all about football today :D

looks like I will have to bring my plants in for a few days, low of 28F tonight.... But 60F tomorrow and 73 this week....

Good Morning. A lot of you guys got pounded with snow huh. Bummer. A few flurries here only and lot of damn cold.

Went to old town Ft. Laud late last night with a few friends. I haven't been down there in a few years. Last time I was in that area the city was just starting to renovate it hoping to attract night life and it looks like they have succeeded It's nice to see that there is some nice night life going on where you can walk around going from place to place in a great outdoor atmosphere.

What wasn't so nice is us all meeting at one of the larger clubs down there. I don't think I've ever heard music that loud. :( The club has three large rooms including an outdoor area. You would think that one of these areas would have the music at a volume that allowed conversation but all the rooms have music so fucking loud that even screaming to the person standing next to you it is still impossible to hear each other. I guess I must be getting old, I don't know, all of us ended up leaving after a very short while unable to deal with the insanely loud music. :(

We are all planning on going down to old town again but avoiding Voodoo lounge and their insanely much too loud music when we go.

Going to the gym in an hour or so. I also have to make my big ass pile on the street for tomorrow's bulk trash pickup. I have what should be the last of my home remodeling trash, four old dinning room chairs, and a bunch of yard waste, oh joy. :D

I also really need to get caught up on web work as I've been slacking all week.

I saw some snow once on a Christmas card.

First game about to get started. Me and my friend Jack Daniels gonna kick back for a while.

Having watched McNabb since he was here at SU, I can tell you that it's seemed inevitable that he'd make a superbowl appearance at some point. This is it!
It's gonna be fun to watch the Eagles and Steelers.. (maybe... I think so... we'll see.. hehe)
