I gave it a glance and I like it =]

You might want to make the `Warning`text a little bigger and maybe highlight the warning paragraph text a bit by surrounding it all with a box with a backgound color different than the page's. That's just what I would do though.

I would link my exit link to a non-adult affiliate program instead of giving Google free traffic, might as well make a buck of those that actually click on "Exit" ;)
