Are these new sites? I've seen the galleries in the first one before when I've been reviewing sites. Outside of a possible rejection for overused content (I only review the sites that our primary reviewer isn't sure of), I'd list them.

The concept and layout is fine but that sponsor content is not often listed.

with sponsor content that would be a hit and miss approach - some newer LL dont have some nasty dollars content and some will not list it
