Help with design
 

Well, here I am again. I seemed to have lost my old thread asking for help with design and the person who was helping me does not have the time. For a reasonable fee, is there a legitimate designer out there that can re-design my entrance pages in a reasonable time frame? If so, please contact me. Please don't ask for a bunch of pictures if you don't have references....been there and done that with no results other than giving away free pictures.

I can pose, I just don't have the "tech" mind to design...:(

Urb did a great job for me but...I really need to remain elusive and the main picture on that tour created havoc for me because all of a sudden people knew me. I have a job in the financial world and I really don't need to have these clients know my "other side". I tried and tried to change the face pic but could not do it because of the way the page was made in increments. Urb has not had time to create a different look to my site so I have had to start at square 1 again.

I have a rough draft of something that I like from a very nice lady.

Unfortunately the tax season is upon me and I am swamped so I haven't had any time to devote to this change on my site.

I'm such a pain...:(

IMO you need to show your face and stuff if you are to expect sales to your site.

I agree with you Cleo. You severely cut down in sales without a face.

I show my face....just elusively that's all. It's just the way it has to be.

I truly appreciate all of the offers. Thank you all for your offers, support and advice. A person contacted me from Bulgaria. Being the skeptic that I am, having sent pictures to others (mainly guys) only to get no design back at all, I didn't really pay much attention other than I told them I was not going to send pictures until I knew for sure it was legit. The conversations via ICQ were professional and business-like. Well....this person blew me away! They sent me a rough draft of a four page tour design that they created with pictures obtained from the internet, not from me. They did a wonderful job, immediately made the changes that I wanted, gave me some suggestions and last night sent me the files! And to add a side note to the story, when I sent payment via Western Union, this designer was a woman, and incredibly talented indeed.

I think it is wonderful that because of the internet, and message boards such as this one, we can work closely with others that are so far away.

My changes will be forthcoming. And again, I thank you all so much.

If anyone wants her ICQ number, just let me know.
