Does CCBillEU accept Canadian companies or webmasters? I had thought not because many of them come to us because they've said that they couldn't process with CCBill.

to process with ccbill eu you need an eu presence. FYI, gibraltar is in the EU & it is dead easy to set up a company there. Fidelity specializes in this and I have heard nothing but good things about them. Their website is http://offshoregibraltar.com/

PS - don't get tricked into going to gibraltaroffshore.com - these guys are a latvian company that resells fidelity services (without telling you that fact) for a much higher price.
