How many sites can you build with a set of 20 pics

Was just wondering how many free sites you free site builders feel you can make using the same 20 pics.

buttster 2005-02-18 04:11 PM

the reason I ask is if u use a big titted amateur in a site and submit to LL as a big tits site are u going to be able to build an amateur site and submit it also and get accepted with the same pics.
I have a feeling ----- NO!!!!!!

― site

Yes, you can. Just allow some time between using the same set of content. MML just discussed this on his radio show two weeks ago.

Panky 2005-02-18 04:52 PM

Very true. You can recycle the content. Give it a good 30-45 days. Read the rules as well. Some sites will specify not to submit the same content ever, or they will state a time limit before you can submit the content again.

Some sites want more than 20 pics.

You can also take those same 20 pics and make a TGP gallery of 15 or 16 pics and submit it to TGP sites.

If it fits a second niche then next time you use the content do a different niche with it.

Richie 2005-02-18 06:31 PM

It all depends on the images , their quality, how attractive and appealing the model is. I certainly would not use them again for another month or two and would go to another niche that they might fit in.

Better still get yourself some more content and not try to over use one set of 20 pics.

If your content license allows it you can do some very creative cropping, mirror imaging etc and make a ton of sites out of a handful of pics. :)

But check your content license FIRST before changing pics.

Danielle

It would annoy the piss out of me if I got the same content set with different cropping within about 60 days. Actually it would probably annoy me period, because it would look like an attempt at cheating.

I don't have a problem seeing the same content every two months or so, provided the template is very different, but I think two months is about my limit.

Seriously, though - you can get several hundred (if not thousand) images for less than fifty bucks - why is this an issue? (...she said, casting aside the memories of when she was a newbie, and flat broke...)

How in the heck would that be cheating????? If the surfer sees it as different and new content why in the world would you care?

I have been doing that since 1996 and I have never ever had one single complaint from any link list owner.

NOTE: If I did ever receive a complaint I would of course respect the link list owners requests.

It's called optimizing an investment.

I really would love to hear why you would even remotely consider that cheating.

Hugs,
Danielle

Mishi,

Oh and to let you know that I do respect link list owners requests just let me know what link lists you run, and if I do submit to them I will make sure you never get cropped images from me.

Hugs,
Danielle

itīs a problem if you want to promote specific niches which arenīt common.

Mishi> It would annoy the piss out of You? Then You suggest buying 100's or 1000's pf pics for 50 bucks??? Well that kind of cheap content should have been seen hundreds of times out there. As I understand, You prefer the cheapest hundreds of times seen content instead of semi exclusive content a cpl of times a month?
Lets say I had great Exclusive photos of a busty chick from Europe in gangbang action. You would then hate if I submitted a site with cropped pics focusing on her tits and then 40 days later a site with her again where she got gangbanged. Still the same pics just handled another way. Instead You would prefer some cheap content photos which are 3 years old and have been seen over and over again

Mishi 2005-02-22 04:12 AM

Whoa, everybody settle down.

Danielle - I didn't say I would consider it cheating. I said it would look like an attempt at cheating. I am a tired and grumpy link list owner, and I see cheaters lurking around every corner. It's a hazard of the job. ;)

But you're right, cheating is a harsh word. It would be more appropriate to say that I would be likely to recognize the content, at least subconsciously, and deny the site on that basis.

Probably I am just overreacting to the few bad eggs who re-use the same templates and content over and over and over again. I apologize for making a sweeping generalization based on those few.

Good point. However - think of it from a link list owner's point of view. Say I only get two or three submissions a week to a given niche...what happens after a few months when many of those sites contain the same content? Is it better to have many sites with duplicate content, or a few sites with unique content? The answer is going to vary from list to list.

Kindly don't put words in my mouth/post. We're building free sites here - I don't expect exclusive content. I also don't expect to see the same $3 set cropped and re-cropped ad naseum. You can indeed buy hundreds or even thousands of images at extremely reasonable prices, and not all of it is overexposed.

If you're submitting with different templates to different niches, that would not be a problem. My complaint is with people who recycle the same content in the same templates promoting the same niches, over and over again. I'm not accusing anyone here of doing that - I think most people here know better. For that reason alone, you might be surprised how often it does happen.

Again, I apologize for my knee-jerk reaction. I didn't express myself well. Re-using content is certainly not a mortal sin, but there are ways to do it right, and ways to do it wrong.
