Up a little early but not too bad. It seems that Friday nights are the nights I don't sleep well. I seem to be coming down with a cold, the flu or something. So, I may not be around too much today.

It's a balmy 14° here today & snowing.

I have no major plans except I want to get up & visit my mom for a bit today. Yesterday was a nice quick visit - 15 minutes after we got there, they shot her up with her pain meds & she was sleeping shortly after :D

As the sun come across, the lake looks like a mirror this morning.

Got to go into town for provisions and hope to visit MrMaryLou on the bench

I only know what I did yesterday and I don't know what I will do today.

I do know that I need to consume the espresso on my desk if I'm to do anything.

Typical southern Sweden weather today. When I went to bed last night it was snowing a lot and when I woke up in the middle of the night I heard the rain hitting the window. Today it's gloomy and all the snow has turned into brown slush.

I was down at the kayak club day before yesterday and met one of the hardcore guys down there.
"Wanna go kayak this evening?"
"Ummm, there's ice in the canal. That makes it kinda hard to kayak."
"Don't worry. That's probably just outside here. We launch the kayaks 300 meters up, there's probably no ice there"

well, day two for me of dealing with some issues that really couldn't have come at a worse time. I missed the first half of the member contest -- man, lost out on the chance to win a little extra dough.

Had a great time in Rochester last nite, Went to watch Amerks play hockey and went to the Dinasour Pit for ribs and a couple cold ones. |duff| Awsome ribs if you have one by you go get some you will not disapointed. |thumb

Shovelled a foot of snow yesterday after being computer-bound all day.. Slept like a baby til 5am (you know, fussed and tossed and cried all night?) then got more good sleep :)

I did my roots and took a shower. I think much of me is awake but not all yet.

I need to go grocery shopping and do some laundry before I'm invaded by house guests from far away lands.
