Review my first hub
 

Saw a couple of hubs before so I mostly know how it looks like...Mine has thumbs because it'll be a TGP after I get a design for it :) I also redirected my 404 traffic to it, always put a link on my freesite's main page to it and I'm building galleries like teenporntime.com/galls/1/
teenporntime.com/galls/3/
teenporntime.com/galls/5/
etc.
so I can get more 404 traffic from them when someone tries to access http://www.teenporntime.com/galls/2/

I would mirror the freesite entry pages and put the recips down on those pages, so if the surfer comes fromthe hub, he wouldn´t leave your site to the ll´s.

break up that big list with some ads... maybe divide it up into categories to make it easier for the surfers to filter themselves(eg. hardcore, nude teens, lesbian etc).
