Super Bowl Pool Down To 21 - No Winner In MLB Pool

Yes, I am on Vacation - LOL - but I'm up early, so I'll post this & then get back to the gambling :)

1 - The Super Bowl Pool is now down to 21 people. We had 9 people drop out this week & I bet there were a lot of you holding your breath on the Seattle/Chicago game :)

Picks still need to be emailed into me by Noon EDT on Saturday. I get home around 10:30 on Saturday morning, so I'll be able to get the pool completed by noon.

One new twist for the Super Bowl Pool - I will not be posting anyone's picks until Noon on Saturday. I think a lot of you saw others taking Seattle for yesterdays game. This week, you're on your own!
(I will post a reminder for who I still needs pick from on Friday night before I check out)

2 - we had no winner in the MLB POol last night, so that prize will be carried over to Tuesday's game (which I plan to watch from the ESPN Zone down here)

That's about it - I'm on a very speedy 24.0 Kbps connection, so I will NOT be reading anything else on the board until I get home :)

Talk to you all soon :)

I like that twist, it should make things even more interesting next week...

Damn it, now what am I going to do... |angry|

man no kidding

see all those Seattle picks?

And I thought I'd be one of the few picking them since they get like no TV play so no national recognition.

But yes, I was shitting my pants

Ramster 2003-10-20 11:24 AM

I was thinking the same thing. Once it gets down to a few people don't show who picked who. I like the twist!!

Bring it on! Who to pick this week? Hmmm...

Thumbler 2003-10-20 12:10 PM

I think that's a good idea too.
Don't suppose I can pick the bye over Atlanta can I LOL?

What a horseshit Sunday. Fucking Browns.
I'm gone.

Good luck to the rest of you who remain.

Dr B I was almost with you when I saw a few Seattles up there.

But If I win I'll let you keep the high score on Greenguys bowling game |bananna|

Actually Seattle had the best spread as well.....Id say a lot of bookies took a beating :)

DangerDave 2003-10-20 04:54 PM

Yep good luck to those left... |touchdown

Yep, Seattle had the best spread of all the games being played this week by far... Not that very many of the other games payed attention to the spreads this weekend...

This was the week of the underdog! Thank goodness Seattle actually won becuase the rest of my picks this week sucked! I'm currently 6 right and 7 wrong in the ANS sportspicks for this week. (now watch Oakland win tonight and make my average even worse.) |angry|

Good idea on the waiting to post the picks, GG! |greenguy|
