I'm saying that you are unlikely to even scratch the surface, so your time is better spent working on increasing your own traffic rather than trying to decrease other peoples...

I think you might have your terms confused... a cheater is someone who cheats other webmasters... there is no Law Of The Internet that says I can't work google in the most effective way I know how. SEs aren't a level playing field and never have been, and just because you might have you consider to be a clean site, doesn't mean you deserve the traffic... to the victor go the spoils... that's what makes it so much fun.

Anyway there are a hundred ways to generate traffic without SEs, and there is no shortage of traffic in the SEs either if you look hard enough... and your time is best spent working on increasing your own shit rather than worrying about what the next guy's doing.

There are some sly illegal tactics (such as DDOS attacks or page hijacking)-- Both being highly not recommended.

In other words, your best bet is the manual Google ban report.

Sad thing is that it takes months before the report is actually filed and taken into effect.
