Please review my Free Site & LL Question
Hi. I have two newbie questions.
#1 - I recently started making Free Sites. So far I've only made about 7-8. I've submitted each to 40-70 link lists and I keep getting back a ton of acceptance e-mails, with only 2 rejection e-mails total. So I guess they've been ok. Here's my latest one: http://www.bunchafreepics.com/GangBang/Wife2/ Am I missing anything? Is there anything I should do differently? I know it's not very pretty, but my HTML knowledge is limited to tables and basic Frontpage point-n-click stuff. #2 - On one of my recent Free Sites, I had enough good pictures left over from each series to make another site. Is there any LL etiquette in regards to submitting another (all new) Free Site with different pictures from the same series? Is there a good "wait period" before reusing a series of pictures? Sorry if that doesn't make any sense. Anyways, I'd appreciate any input. Thanks. PS - I just made my first sale today! |
Your not gonna get to far with a private whois and why would you want to hide it ? and welcome to the board and I reject for that and so do many others..

hi Buncha welcome to GG&J |waves| the site looks nice and should get listed at most places... just a couple things I see would be to add a little more SEO to your pages because free sites can bring in some decent SE traffic if you do things right... use more keywords in your ALT tags, and if you have keywords in your META tags then you should try to have them appear on your site somewhere too it will help get a better ranking... I would use mouseovers to cover up your sponsor codes, it might get a few more click thrus... also the free sponsor content might not get listed depending on if it is overused or already been submitted by somebody else... as for using pics again even if they are pics from the same set that you haven't used I would wait awhile because the reveiwer might notice that they have seen that set already and decline you, and when re-using the same set to build a different site wait at least a month (maybe longer, I forget what the LL owners recommend)just to be safe

Is the whois info really a big issue? So far I haven't gotten any rejection e-mails regarding it. I've only really seen it mentioned on this message board. Personally, I don't want my home address and phone number out there for everyone to see. I don't have a problem giving that info to anyone I do business with. I'm not sure if I've submitted to your website. If so, I'd be happy to give you that information. But I don't want complete strangers having access to my private residence. I guess I could either enter incorrect information or get a POBox and pager number. But would that really be any better? Are there many other LL that reject based on whois info? |

I've been trying to work on better keywords and metas. I think it's been improving with each site I create. I'll try the mouseovers on my next site. Thanks. |
Plateman,
It turns out I've been submitting to your site. If there's any way I can convince you that I'm not a cheater, please let me know. I'd like to keep submitting sites to you. Thanks. dave@bunchafreepics.com |

This is a growing concern in the community not that 2.9 out of 3 submitters are cheaters. Hiding your whois info and bogus whois is an early warning that someone is a cheater. The rest of us let it all hang out and so should you. Do a whois on my domains. This is what you'll see: Mark DeMers 31 Harrsion Ave Glens Falls, NY 12801 518.745.5492 Greenguy and can even vouch for the validity of my home address. That's where he mailed the Buddy Christ that rests upon my moniter. Honest webmasters have nothing to hide. |
