had a female tied up, and another female using a dildo on her? is that considered penetration while being bound?

Is there a reason I don't understand as a relatvie newbee.

There was a thread on here the other day, where some where questioning the local laws as to if it was legal where they resided to show penetration when the other party is tied up or bound. I'm not sure if this is considered the same or not.

I think that was regarding Canadian law where this would be considered rape for some reason.

Just because she's tied up doesn't mean she's not consenting (kinda the whole idea behind bondage), BUT, you gotta follow the law where you live and as adult webmasters it's our responsibility to know the law where we live.

It would appear that the Canadian courts have a different opinion on this matter...

For those who don't wish to read it, a producer of 11 BDSM videos was tried for obscenity charges by a Canadian prosecuter. Luckily, the judge was a bright fellow who decided in favor of the film producer. The prosecution seemed to argue that BDSM films are dangerous and can cause harm to society. Most lawmakers seem to be forced into denying all knowledge of recreational sex. In private, they probably have an intimate understanding of the subtle nuances of many of the banned niches.

If a girl tied up in ropes is already shocking, they shouldn't look futher on the internet :D
