I'm surprised noone has mentioned Traffic Out (www.traffic-out.com).

I think you'll find unanimous feedback that Traffic Out offers one of the most prod traffic.

The only downside is that it feeds to your site at a slower rate than others, but it's well worth it.

Traffic-out is the only purchased traffic I've ever had any luck with. Very productive and Hunter seems like a good guy.

I looked into them prior to starting this thread, and at the top of their pre-order page, it says

"We cannot accept new orders right now, Please try back in a few days".

But, I heard nothing but good things about them, so will most likely go with them, once they are available again. :)
