Epassporte Email problems

Has anyone else had problems accessing their epassporte emails? These are the ones that are through their system. I have never been able to login, and I can see there are emails there.
This week I have sent an email filling out all the details that their support asked me to give, they have a list of questions... 1)Please tell us what date and time (Pacific Time, AM/PM) the problem occurred etc
But I got an email back stating "I received your e-mail, however was unable to determine what was your
exact inquiry or concern."
LOL I would assume the questions are to help them identify the problem...
Anyway the reason I want to get that problem fixed is because I then want to ask them if its possible to get a transaction history that goes beyond a couple of months. I need it to do my tax. So if anyone here can shed light on these things or have had the same problem it would be great to know if you had it fixed.

Not sure why you would have a problem accessing email. If you can access the ePassporte website, the user/pass is the same to log in to email.

As for your transaction history, you *can* get a statement going back further than the past 35 days by requesting it. You will need to access your eP email to make this request. So first things first. Let's see if we can help you get to your email so you can ask for your transaction history. ;)

Try logging into the eP site and accessing it from there. If that doesn't work, try going directly to the email log in screen.

If you are able to access your eP email, send your request for transactio history to cs@epassporte.com.

Write to me with your eP username, put "GG&J / ePassporte" in the subject line and address your message to Rand @ ePassporte.com. Let me know if you were able to access your email, or, let me know what happened. (If you are still having trouble, include the browser you are using).

Thank you Rand, I still can't so I have sent you an email. I wonder if somehow my epassporte emails have a different password than my normal login.

no problems with my account, it must be something with yours only. I am sure they will be able to get it fixed for you.

cheers,
Luke

You can set your epassporte webmail to forward all messages to a real email address.. this means you will get messages to alert you when you send or recieve money.

just dropping that one in as I don't think many people realise and it's useful for me.

Hi Opti, I will change to that WHEN I get to log in to my epassporte emails lol. Sinsational this is a problem I have had from day one not just recently. Last September I tried to have it fixed but I gave up a little easy, now I need it so...

Natalie, eP tech has reset your log-in. This means that a new password has been generated and sent to your external email address. Please check your external email for the message from ePassporte. Please let me know if this solves your login problem.

Maybe it's because I live so close to the Hollywood sign that I can see it on a clear day, but I just love a happy ending. :-)
