Should I put the sponsor's name in every link on my pages just wondering if that was ok.

I assume you mean the name of the site you are promoting :)

When you are building freesites or TGP galleries you can use something like this: Get more blablabla porn @ Sponsorsitename.com
But I wouldn't use it in every link you put up just in the ones that could be considered blind links if the site's name wasn't in there.

It could be a good thing when you use the sponsor's name as the anchor text.

If you're familiar with Google Bombing, if you have a sufficient number of outbound links to a sponsor link (with the paysite name as anchor text), you could show up at the top SERP listings if a surfer enters in the paysite name in Google (the paysite URL will have your aff link attached).

Most of the big paysites' names are hard to crack on google with just one free site. If you're trying to get listed above the paysite on google, it might hurt you to put their name in your link in all your free sites. But don't listen to me, I'm no SE expert :)

I can tell you from my own experiences that you will receive many more click thrus to your sponsor if you add a large banner or enticing photo on your main page. Some of my sites get more sponsor clicks on the main page than the gallery pages. You should increase the font size too.

That "Enter Here"-text on the banner on your index page will get you declined on several LL's (misleading enter link).
