Growing up in Hoboken, New Jersey in the 60's the word cocksucker (cock sucker) fell from my lips many times (even more then Jim's and GG's) but I never had to spell it.
Google results: cock sucker = 521,000, cocksucker = 504,000.
Pretty close!

Isn't a cock sucker a person that sucks cocks, and a cocksucker, an arsehole. :)

Hmmm... well thinking back on my grammer and having the same quandry over the word blowjob it would be gramatically correct to use a hyphen i.e. cock-sucker since the two individual words are ment to be used as a single entity for example: high-school.
