So I'm moving one of my link lists to another host. Already had an account set up there, got everything up and working this morning. I asked them to password protect the admin folder, went to make the coffee, and when I got back it was done.

That's good you've got new highly responsive hoster! Does it cost less than old host?

I'm not really sure if they're cheaper or not. Hosting plans are different. It's like comparing apples to submarines.

Support rocks though. They're always like that, not just this one time.

I've made some really stupid mistakes since I started in this business and continue to make them.
Fortunately I switched to Cyberwurx close to 2 years ago and they have bailed me out of countless blunders since. Allways with a fast response and never a complaint Cyberwurx Rocks

They are great. Once I wrote them a tech support e-mail, edited it, sent it to them, left the room, returned, and they had returned a reply. It took me longer to write the e-mail than it did for them to answer it.

That is good to hear...support is the # 1 thing in a successfull company...both of my companies are where its at because of great support! Good luck with that....
