Public Proxy List - Yes Or No?
 

Okay on my new stats system I am wondering if I should make the database of proxies available for free for webmasters with trading scripts that can block them...

I would not include the ports just the ip's...The list would be updated daily with thousands of proxies from both websites and paid sources...

Would this be helping cheaters or would this help webmasters more?
