CCbill interface problems ?

I am having problems there: 403 Forbidden ? Anyone else have similar problems ?

hehe, too funny was just having same problem and thought time for a trip to GG's :D knew i would see what was up over here?? anyone know the problem???

i dont know if they are tracking sales, i see 0 but 500+ clicks??? :( not good. ccbill stuff promote usually converts around 1:100 +/- so i think sales are being lost, don't know :(
