this noob is looking for the right software
 

im looking for something that will rotate links and or banners for me.

also a good thumbs program for building and uploading galleries. im doing it all by hand and typing with two fingers takes me a while ;)

freeware preferred for i dont have the cash to invest right now. shareware or trialware is cool, i can afford it in 30-45 days, i hope :)
