Content problem question

I had bought some content from adultczechcontent.com a year or so ago. I never recieved the lincense agreement threw the mail. I was in contact with them a few times and they said they would send it out right away. I still have not recieved the lincense. I have the content on my site at the moment is this illegal?
Has anyone else had problems with the company?
Im a bit worried about breaking the title 18 laws

sugestions comments please

if it is legally purchased, you should be fine - it is adultczechcontent that is not fulfilling their end of the purchase agreement by not providing the licence documents required. I would do up my own licensing document (even copy one from another site) and send it to them registered post requesting they return a signed copy for your records, and of course keep a copy of your registered post details too.

of course I am not a content guy, hopefully someone will pop in soon and give you a good reply.

cheers,
Luke

There are two things to worry about:

1. the agreement is a contract between you and the content provider. It allows you to use the content.

2. the model release. it is the document that prooves that the model has been of legal age when producing the content and so on.

You can send an own licence agreement to your content provider, but you canīt replace the model release with own written documents.

if you can proove that you have paid for the content, the licence agreement neednīt be a written document. But of course itīs much more safe to have a written agreement.

I was chatting with them a few months ago on ICQ. It's stated very clearly on thier web site that they provide all needed 2257 information and I recieved it from a previous order. When I mentioned it the guy stopped responding. Then he asked a couple of days later if I wanted to buy anything. Again I asked about the docs and he stopped responding. This happened once more. So basically I asked 3 times about the docs and all 3 times communications stopped.

I do have the docs for 1 purchase I made but Lucie had to get them personally for me and it took about a week. The other person there just refused to answer.

when it comes to legal content I only buy from the ones with the best reputation to avoid the problems you have.

I have purchased from following content providers so far and never had a problem - all license agreements and all other required documents have been sent without any problem:

Ounique Content
Photorama
Victor Malafronte

HMMM If a content provider (from my point of view as a provider) avoids the customer concerning documents could mean many things like:

They dont have all the necessary docs for the model.
They are using someone else's content

Like I said they are many scenarios but for the most part nowadays all Legit content providers are sending all 2257 info at time of purchase. I send out all 2257 info to all my customers
As far as licencing most providers have their license posted on the site for review to the customer. |thumb

Ernie, what does your 2257 info contain?

Ernie G 2005-03-31 09:30 AM

Rocco it includes the models birthday and Pic and secondary id info .

We have two Ids for every models they vary from.
State issued Id (Drivers license)
Passport

And

SS card
Car registration
cc
or any type of state issued document.

We primarily as a rule of thumb try to only go for Drivers license and ss card.

does it also include a pic of the model holding the id's and release in the hands? do you also make a pic with the model holding a todays newpaper to proof the date?
