Interesting - She's got one leg shorter than it should be. Maybe she lost it and had to grow a new one.

Could be that the one leg is bent and teh angle makes it look shorter.

they are often 8 inches across or larger... If you hit them with a shoe, it's like splattering a mouse so much guts goes everywhere... so we have just learned to live with each other now.

(think they are pretty much harmless btw)

Woah.. I have much nicer spiders here.. little green ones and big black hairy ones but they don't do me harm and vice versa.. sometimes they are landing on me sitting here at the desk.

oke one thing i hate in life it are spiders.............lucky me we dont have hugee spiders and poison spiders here, still i hate them i have been bitten twice last year by some spider and it fucking hurts, now in about 2 months i will move to my summerhome for an couple of months but before i go there, i lett an spiderman deal with the stuff there to make it spider free....i wont go thru the bad things i had 2 years ago, on one summer day all the little spiders came thru my seeling and all and there where 1000s of babyspiders crawling around my home..............eeekk i still get the creeps when i think about it, but for real those spiders you all show me would kill me only by looking at them in real life, one thing why i dont wanna go to aussi ( except its has some long flying hours for me to go there) aussi has the most poisoned animal things of the world...........i am not going there:D sorry opti:D

Only the females grow that big. The males are tiny little things that you hardly ever see.
