Well, I know ronnie (adulteverything.net) has both those cats, but he has a 2 sites per webmaster rule. I'll get back to you after I go through some of my stats tonight or tomorrow.

As for the two sites per webmaster, that is not always true. Mainly for those that constantly submit the same stuff over and over and usually looks the same over and over. I just want every one to have a chance, not just a couple people that submit the same niche time and time again.
