I can't believe it.......
a total state of panic.........
I knew this day would come but........
I watch the season finale of Battalestar Gallactica last night on my Tivo and now I want to die. Every week as the closing credit appear I cuss at the tv. "Why-o-why did it end like that!?" every week mind you. Each episode is a cliff hanger and the worst one was this weeks. Now I have to wait until JULY!!?? I don't know if I can do it. Someone, please, put me out of my misery

personally i think my tv is a cylon and i turn it off when that show comes on ;)

well YEAH! but the cylon babes are HOT! And one of the asian cylons is knocked up now! It's forced evolution!

yea the show is worth watching mainly for the cylon babes i know if i was that doctor i wouldnt stop jerkin when starbuck walked in |greenguy| hahaha

I'm a big TV buff. I havent watched Battlestar Galactica, but I sure know how you feel...

I'll tell you whats a worse feeling, to fall in love with a show just to have to endure rumors of it being canceled. Dead Like Me? Canceled after 2 seasons, no real reason. Carnivale? rumor has it there will not be a season 3. Six Feet Under? final season coming soon.

And each week between an episode of "lost" is like a week in a desert without water.

Man, typing this out makes me think I'd better not watch BSG if its as good as you make it out to be. I dont need any more heart break!

just watch BSG...wow didnt see that coming.... I was just thinking what a "lame" show until...boom.

I heard that they are suppose to decide on carnivale Thursday, and Deadwood will be back for season 3

And July is only 3 months from now, which is better then September/October like network shows

HAHAHAHA I said almost those exact same words to my wife last night......It didn't help though, I still miss my weekly fix of sci-fi excellence already :(

As for battlestar... I meant to watch it, but could never seem to remember when it was on. Maybe I should get tivo or something.

I used to watch the old Battlestar Galactica, I didn't even know they'd made it a new series again! (I did see the movie, though).

I hated the original series. The new series has very little in common with the original.

They had a couple of sci-fi series on that I enjoyed, But none of them really lasted very long.

Firefly - space western - it was supposedly based in part on the old privateer game.
Space, Above and Beyond - space marines.
Earth2 - a little 'lost in space' ish......

I have the dvd collection of Firefly, and there is talk of a movie. The episode they choose to use as a pilot show wasn't the best, but it won me over at the end. There was a big scary guy, ranting and raving and threatening that he would find them no matter what.. no matter where... blah blah blah.... and I'm rolling my eyes thinking... oh great.... this guy is going to show up every few weeks and go... BOO! how typical.

That was until the captain looked at the guy..... and kicked him into the engine...... right then, I knew I had to give it a chance.
