Another newby question

I'm thinking in make a link list/fake tgp site.
Do I need a warning page in my index.html ? even if is a "hub" ? |help|

Of course, having a warning page does means that you have one more page to put ads on :D

CYA being the issue, I would think it's always a good idea to have a warning pg. On my new hub tho, I always just link to the main page. The warning page is just the default index pg for those surfers who stumble across my site (haha ya theres lots of those :D )
