I have a question here.

I am getting a webmaster that is submitting DIVx format movies, are other webmasters accepting this type of format.

Seeing how this may be a kind of none licenced content, when people can rip and burn their DVD porn collection....

Please let me know the deal about this.

As far as I am aware...

DIVx is a perfectly legitimate format. and many content supliers sell DVD's for content... as well as some programs offer DVD movies as "free content"
