Since it is a term started by teens I would say mid - late 30's the youngest, I laugh when I see 19 yr olds being called a MILF, yes if they have a kid they COULD be called that, but the "spirit" of the word was intended for a mother of a high school student.

I agree with MML- it's the eye of the beholder. I often refer to them as semi-mature. When people submit to my TGP's mature category and the chick doesn't look mature enough, I put them into my MILF category. On my link list, it often depends on which recip they used.
