Swapping recips

I've got at least 1 site, maybe more that is no longer listed by certain LLs, and which I cannot resubmit as a partner account has been declined. What's the 'etiquette'? Is it fair of me to swap out those recips and sub to a different LL?
My initial thought is that it's OK to do, just wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything here.
Thanks :D

if they are not linking to you, and will not send you any traffic in the future then why keep linking to them? I would change it out since they refused you a partner account... it's a traffic trade that should benefit both parties

Agreed; it's called a reciprocal link. They list you, you link back. They don't list you, no need to link back.

If your link has expired, update the site and submit again...no worries. :)

Thanks all.

Jay - this particular LL has gone to partner only, and I got declined for partner status so can't update and resub as I normally would :)
