What Blogs do you Read

I find that often when i'm supposed to be working i'm just ethralled with reading or looking at other blogs.

Beside the porn ones that are linked to my site, like mishi's, tart's and trixie's...I have a few that i visit frequently and mostly because of their content. I did notice that most of them are semi photo blogs.

Updates Sundays:
Post Secret

Blog community on LJ:

Dramatic Photography

A Jamaican living in SFO (nice pics of daily life)

Itinerant outta NY

and this one that isn't updated often enough:

Freeway Blogger

Soo do you have a list of blogs you like to read or look at?

Unless I know the person I generally don't give a damn about reading them but one of my favorites is a good friend of ours who lives in Vancouver and we only get to see her once a year, so it's nice to keep tabs on her life.

You Torn, you may be on to something there. Maybe that's why, other than the people i know, i like photoblogs.

The 1st one Post secret is kind of kewl, it's a post of people deepest secrets on handmade postcards. Amazing to see what people will admit too when they can remain 'in the dark". |pimpin

I read mostly political and news blogs. It's hard to find anything of interest in porn blogs, but http://www.sexxxxpics.com/blog/ combines politics and porn.

I read some of his blog, pretty cool stuff. I try to mix it up as well with my blog, i know a lot of surfers think the same way you do, but most come for the porn so it is how we keep the audience.

My cousin made a semi-photo blog about his last vacation to Mexico. He was planning on updating regularly but so far hasn't updated since his vacation.

The blog I read most is www.kblogger.com. It's a collection of many different industry people writing about what's on their minds so it's got a lot of diverse topics and is generally pretty entertaining.

I go here and there, different things... however I am finding more and more that promising blogs on a subject are often one day wonders, setup, tons of pages added, and then ignored like a bastard child. Many blogs score well in SE results, but in reality, they are just static pages not updated or maintained.

It's sort of like older chat boards that have long since run out of readers, but still have many links to them from various places. They end up ranking very well in the SEs, but their information is no more relevant than that op-ed pages from a 7 year old NY Times.

That's a good point, RA.. too many times people start blogs, trade links or add to the blog lists, then don't update for weeks, months or years.. i understand that life gets in the way too, but for those in the porn industry it should just be a matter of routine like reviewing and adding or updating.

I couldn't agree with you anymore.

Ironically I don't read any blogs. I hate reading. :(
