Unable to get listings on Smutgremlins and Link-O-Rama
 

Hello, I would like to correct any problems
on my free sites so that i can get listed
on greenguy and smuttgremlin again please. I am not sure what mistakes i am
making and will gladly correct them.

Here are a few samples of my latest free sites that havent been accepted.

Hello, your listings were pulled about 3 weeks ago or so becuse all your sites went 404 and your domain was blacklisted :( you can file for an appeal here http://bl.usefulscripts.com/blocked/appeal.phtml

Hello, yes i had a server failure at EV1,
they replaced the harddrive in my server
but it took me 4 days to upload all of the sites,
I will complete the apeal process promptly,

Hi Rocco, ehe yes I have been slowly moving
my way up from a 7.00 per month hosting package
I have had a couple problems with them now
but not to bad for the price.

I make enough mistakes on my galleries and free
sites that the server doesn’t get quite
as much work as it should ehe! But I am
still working at it like a madman and having
fun despite the small obstacles that the
learning curve to the adult industry
keeps throwing at me.

I would do a whois on those linksites get the phone numbers and call em up

get this shit straightened out asap!!!

pornrex I just reviewed that site and almost rejected it if it wasnt for the decent description, the title leads one to believe that it will be a teacher in a classroom or something closer than a pool room and now looking more closer your thumbs are squashed to small - dont build the thumbs to fit the table and all your sites use the smallest pictures..

Content outrules any little mistakes in a gallery or free site and that = listings

pornrex - those pics look crappy (almost like vid caps) - some of them are stretched or squished - and the theme of the site is a bit far fetched.

Greenguy - What if I improved the quality of the pics? I remember you telling me that the pics should be a 3:2 ratio. As far as the theme, myfirstsexteacher has crazier stuff than that!

Yes, pics do usually have a 3:2 ratio, but don't take pics that don't & stretch them to make them that ratio - that just fucks up the pics & makes them look like shit.

I think your problem is that you're set on making one side 500 so that the pics fit the minimum for most link lists - so then you end up with over compressed pics that look like shit just to save $1 each month on your bandwidth :)

Where is this particular content from & what are the original dimensions?

Actually, the pictures were different sizes, as you may have suspected. I tried to make them fit the 3:2 ratio because I remembered you telling me one time that you preferred them to be that way. By the way, the pics are from Tia at midnightdigital, but not in the manner you see them on my galleries.
If I were to submit the originals, the pic sizes would vary, and I'm pretty sure you would reject them for not being uniform. I know enough about photoshop to crop them up and such. What do you think about cutting/cropping to fit the criteria or is it a waste of my time?

quess why i make so less free sites, i have bought about 70.000+ of content in more then3 years and i hate to fix the pics in size, i accepted your site today at one of the linksites i review pornrex, but it was just the edge....one of the linksites have easy rules :D

I used to have a nice butt but after spending all my time in this chair working for who knows how long, its virtually numb. So there you have it: numb bum. I'm glued to this chair, I tell my cat to go urinate for me.

I now remember the 3:2 aspect ratio thread - it was because you have one pic that was 100x500 - LOL

If the pics are odd sized then yes, crop them - I do it all the time when I'm making free sites & galleries - just crop them to all the same size/dimensions & go from there. If you've got pics that end up less than 500x375 throw them out & use other ones.

Feel free to start a new thread for this type of thing so that we don't miss it :)

I didn't review it, but it could be a couple things:

1 - the warning page looks slapped together - having the 6 recips on the right makes things look very unbalanced or off center

2 - 2nd page is off a bit as well - might look better if that top left banner was 500 long or so

3 - lack of cumshot pics on gallery 1

4 - there's some girl other than "Rikki" in 2 of the pics
