I had a unpleasant situation - to me the letter with the message has come that my account is closed also I banned. I have contacted Arti , it have told that I fraud and have ceased to communicate with me. I would like any explanations - why my account has been closed.

You may want to try Jim's Help Desk. http://www.greenguysboard.com/helpdesk/index.html He can act as a middleman so that no one's dirty laundry gets dragged out. At the very least he may be able to get a better explanation out of them.

This is Tony from SPACash, this webmaster has been banned becasue he is frauding the system. He is using a front in the USA called "Dean Arrow & Assoc, LLC." All the account we have that are from Dean Arrow & Assoc, LLC. have Russian sites listed and run fraud.

Stop guys, I've read your Terms & Conditions 2 minutes ago, and I don 't see any words about Russian webmasters. If you don't accept them, you HAVE TO write it in your Terms & Conditions, as others do.
In any case "Dean Arrow & Assoc, LLC." is a 3d party company Check2Fet, which allows russian webmasters to make processing of checks really quickly. If you use russian banks it is very very long process. I also don't see any words in your Terms & Conditions about payments to 3d party companies.
Now explain us, please, this situation!

I don't have anything against Russian webmasters. I do have a problem with people using a a front to commit fraud with. I started to notice a pattern of seeing account with the Dean Arrow name. Not a big deal, we don't have anything against multiple accounts. But a couple of the accounts assiocated with Dean Arrow caught the attention of our fraud department and after reviewing all the charges we determined they accounts were commiting fraud. I will not go into to how we do this here, if you want to know, feel free to ICQ me, 19375153.

If you run a program, then you are familar with what is called "carding" I have seen carder forums that discuss which affilate sites are the best to rip off and how to do it.

Ok, Arty, but can you explain me, by what reason did you ban all this accounts? They are not multiple accounts, they are just people, who use 3d party processing for checks.
In any case, I think that would be better not to ban all accounts but ask people to change their info to the real one? Isn't it? I think that would be really great for you and all people would be sure, that if there are any problems, you first will try to solve them and not ban people and try to understand situation after it!!!

I can't tell for everyone, who use this company, but I exactly know, that topicstarter isn't a carder. I also know, that he didn't break any of your rules and you banned him without trying to solve it with him. Do you think it's a good way to show, that you are interested in your affiliates? |thumb

I'm also sure if you'll ask him to change payment info to his own address instead of 3d party, he'll do it!

I shall write on all adult boards as concerns spacash to adult webmasters, and is assured that the public will support me. There can be everyone wish to learn that spacash are incompetent in the decision of financial problems?

Allow american perv to investigate this issue and come to a decision before you get carried away. We can all understand your frustration, but we also undertand SpaCash's need to protect themselves from fraudulent activity. If they acted wrongly in suspending your account, you'll certainly have our sympathy, but it's damn hard to bash a sponsor when they are acting to deter fraud.

I has the same problem with them and also a lot of other webmasters that try this sponsor is the fast way for keep our money. We work promoting and they cancel the account and keep the money with them.

I find this interesting for your first post, you choose to bash SPACash. Who have you contacted?

As I can see you promised to ask your fraud department to check his account. did they do that? what did they find out?
also I should mention that your terms do not prohibit using third-party financial services to receive payments.
