This is my first free site. I made it with some images I bought to use for galleries. Can anyone tell me how I can improve?

You can't take a thumb that's 175x132 and try and display it as 132x175 by using the image attributes, it doesn't work and looks like shit to be honest (second and third thumbs top row on gallery one)

your recip for we R sex isn't loading the image for me.... make your own 2257 page instead of linking to your content providers license agreement.... I'm getting a small bit of right scroll on every page, lots of places are declining sites that don't fit 800x600... as mentioned some of the thumbs are really bad... and just a suggestion I would get rid of the gallery 1 and gallery 2 links on the bottom of your galleries so that surfers have to go back thru your ads to see the other gallery

Yeah, some thumbs looks like bullshit. Use Arles Image Web Page Creator or crop images in Photoshop by hands.

we r sex button is not loading, your thumbs really look crappy, thumbs in gallery 2 arent clickable for me:(, I think you should add more ads on index page

Think everyone got you set. On the index page, some might not like the banner at the top, as it shows nudity and a girl actually pissing. Also watch how much text your linking. I really dont understand why so many people are linking so much text lately.

you need more colors, font faces and IMHO more ads (on warning page you have only 1 advert)

change size of "ENTER THIS WEBSITE NOW!" < you have to send surfers to sponsors - not to pics ;)

and last IDEA ;) show some girls (face or something) on Main Page. If surfer didnt click on banner on warning page - you shouldn't put this same banner on warning and gallery pages.

My suggestion would be to use a link color that contrasts against your background and/or regular text.

You want to draw attention to your ad text/images.

Since I'm the Big Pic Nazi, I'll add the huge pics to your todo list ;)

150kB+ is way too big. Make them 600 px on the longest side and around 40-50kB in size (as long as they don't look over compressed) and you will keep the surfers happy.

No pics are clickable in Gallery 2, so to keep the surfers and reviewers even happier. Make the thumbs clickable :)
