Ok, so I'm sitting here getting drunk, and a thought pops into my head.

How about creating a group blog?

20-30 of us get together, and have one giant blog. We could limit it to 1 post per person a day. And maybe limit the number of links in each post so it doesn't turn into a spamfest. Everyone would use their own affiliate links in their daily post. And each poster could have their own Category so surfers can easily find stuff from their favorite poster.

With 30 posts a day, it would be pinging and spidering all over the place. And there would be tons of content, which would keep the surfers coming back. Plus sharing a blog would be a good way for us to learn from each other.

Has this idea come up before? Is it just a stupid drunken dream? Any input?

The idea is not original they call them message boards. :D

I'm not talking about a message board, which is just an unorganized posting free-for-all. But I agree, it's not an original idea. For example, kblogger.com has about 25 posters. That's a webmaster blog.

I was kinda thinking of a basic porn blog. Since there's alot of newbies on this board just getting into blogging, I thought we could all join together for a group project and learn from each other.

this is not a bad idea. I'd been toying with the idea of a 'he said, she said' blog for a while in my head just wanted to get someone with an opposing vewpoint.

I dunno how 25 or 30 people would go but I could see 5 or 6.

I would probably agree that 5-6 ppl might be a bit easier to manage.

I would be more than happy to set up a Greenguy and Jim blog on kBlogger.com, if you guys are interested. There's a pretty close relationship between Klixxx Magazine and GG&J. If you talk to Jim or Greenguy, and it's okay with them, it would be perfectly okay with me.
