Greenguy's Board - Submit form does not work no clue why

Have you made any changes at all to that pages content or structure lately?

You have your recip code

withing a <form> for no obvious reason. Remove the <form method="POST"> from that and the </form> and try. Perhaps that is 'confusing' the actual submit form. Maybe?</div>
