Damn, sometimes Google is quick!
 

We released our first 30 hosted free sites last Friday. By Saturday they were out to the world on just a few link lists. Two days later, if you do a search at Google for "femdom strapon abuse" (one of our site's popular search strings) you see this:

You'll see Greenguy has the top 2 listings, then Penisbot for 2, and then--at #5--is one of our hosted free sites, already listed at Google!

Of course, the real good news is for Greenguy. Yes, Google cut the "index.html" off the end like they seem to like to do, which usually takes the webmaster's code with it. But with a big thank you swedguy, the method of burying all affiliate links that we're using is working like we wanted it to, and the link on Google has |greenguy|'s link buried right in there.

I like it when a plan comes together. ::grin::

Simon, any plans to add hosted free galleries? I signed up for your program over the weekend. Unless I'm looking at it and just not seeing it, I didn't find any promo photo sets available.

We do have plans for hosted free galleries later, since we kind of already have 60 of them now. :-)

But we're going at things backwards on purpose (the BOP Plan). We're doing the hosted free sites first, then we'll add hosted galleries, then eventually free content so webmasters can build their own.

If you want to contact me directly though, we may be able to work out something. ;)

Okay... maybe I should be keeping these results under my hat, but I figure you guys helped us learn about some of these things, so here goes.

Today I checked some other SE positions.

I found another of our brand new hosted free sites listed at Google, and this time we're #1 for "Bondage Playroom." And same as last time, the webmaster's affiliate code is right there in the URL where we wanted it to stick. :-)

I also found one more of our new free sites listed on Google for "Femdom Dildo Play." The interesting thing isn't just that the site is there at #3, but that of the 10 total results on the search page, 7 of them are link list or blog pages where our new Femdom Dildo Play hosted free site is listed.

Hmmm... and now the "Bondage Playroom" site seems to be gone from Google completely. The search results for those words are completly different now. :(

Cool... "bondage playroom" is back to the top of the listings at Google this morning. Don't know where it was last night.

More good news for GreenGuy this morning too. We have one more hosted free site appearing on Google now. And it's in the #1 position for search string "bondaged beauty"...

And yeah, Google snipped the "index.html" off the end (and would have taken the affiliate code after it), but that's |greenguy|'s code right there in the middle of the url for the site.

Thanks mate, but my intent was never to make anyone jealous!

In fact, the congratulations are kind of embarassing. I'm not bragging about how good we're doing at getting listed at Google. I'm mean, sure, yeah, I'm happy about it. But really I'm mostly surprised by how fast it's happened. And I wanted to say thanks to the people who helped.

In fact, I guess I should ask the moderators if maybe this thread should have been in the Search Engines forum. Moving it there would be fine with me if it should have been posted there to begin with.

In the meantime though, one more update...
