Who else subscribes to Maxim?
 

I have to say I love this magazine, and for the articles too:-) This is the only magazine that I have a subscription to and the only one I read cover to cover.

They seem to have as big a following if not bigger then most porn mags, anyone think this is trend that should be brought to the web? Any opinions on this?

When it first came out, someone gave me a years subscription to it, to this day I still do not know who, but I never got too much into it, I think they had 2 stories I enjoyed, but the only thing I remember is seeing a article on Key West which made us go there for the first time, other then that, I have no memories of the magazine itself.

To me, Maxim is proof that non-nude is a very profitable road to be travelling on. I subscribe, and I must say, Vanessa Marcil has a delicious ass. ;) I tend to believe that the overwelming amount of easily obtained hardcore porn has caused a resurgence in man's need to be teased and sexually taunted, hence the success of non-nude sites and magaizines like Maxim. Not everyone is searching for close-up pics of vaginas or implant scars.

Torn, next time I'll send you balloons for your birthday instead of a magazine subscription!

UW, half naked chick, jokes, and interesting articles... how could you go wrong! They do have one big thing in common with one aspect of adult industry though, a magazine that has more ads then articles:-)

I was in England back in '95 and I remember seeing it on the newsstands everywhere. Bought the issue and there was a cd inside it "No anoraks required" - still have the cd too. Told everyone about this magazine when I got back to Toronto. Still a good read too!|thumb

I checked it out when It was pretty new. I get alot of mags from a family business. I thougt it was pretty lame. Some friends seem to like it. You can keep your "porn lite" but me..I wanna see the goods!|boobies|

I used to. But I quit, seems like every damn one was exactly the same stories? "How to bag a chick in 5 min" "How to make her cum in 5 min" "The wildest party spots" blah, blah, blah. Just got tired of it I guess.

Binxgook, yeah some of the "male cosmo" articles do sound the same I have to agree with you on that one!

I don't subscribe, but I tend to always buy it at the corner store! I love that mag and it has really funny articles, a nice change to the women magazine's it's always the same drama in there!! :)
