Its your google toolbar PR rating.

common consensus is that the number doesn't really mean a whole lot and that your PR rating in dmoz.org is a better indicator.

There is also a firefox add-on that shows Google PR and Alexa Ranking. But as cd34 said, PR does'nt mean much nowdays, besides a "I feel Cool" thing..:)

How would one go about submitting to dmoz? I've been to their site but its a bitch and a half to sit there and try to find the adult link. Can you help me out?

The "Adult" categories are not "public"

Find the category that fits your site... then top right hand corner "suggest URL"

If you have submitted and it hasn't appeared... go to - http://resource-zone.com/forum/ and ask why?
