Good Morning
Well, with our trip cut short, today just sucks. My wife's mother is still very sick so we will be visiting here for a good part of the day.

Yesterday was my daughter's 18th birthday so, dinner tonight. :) All and all, I will be scarce for the next 2 days.

Not doing much today myself other than maybe going to the gym and the beach.

Today's the big day here at the house - having a couple people over for 1100 miles of racing, some burgers & hot dogs, the top 46 rock albums of all time on XM & maybe even a little poker :D

It is nice and sunny so far today, so it think a quick trip down to the the home center to get some stuff for the back yard will be in order. I still have to reseed part of the lawn, I have been putting it off. Suppose to be raining tomorrow, so I hopefully I can get some of it done tonight.

Just finished the first couple of hours of race (F1 race, which was actually good fun today) that will be followed up by 1100 more miles of oval stuff, plus whatever else I find.

That and I have an assload of work to do.

I guess it will be a quiet day.

got a big photo shoot this afternoon.. all 2257 compliant.. one of the big advantages of promoting indie girls..

The beach was beautiful and the part that I go to, a more locals section, wasn't crowded at all. Water had a light chop with some vegetation from the mangroves after the heavy storms the other day but not bad and the water is as warm as bath water, simple wonderful. I would have stayed longer but I could see a storm coming from the south. I got home just in time and it's poring ran now.

Good morning - it's is now 7:47pm. Got back this morning from an excellent party in Vermont, then went to a picnic at the lake this afternoon. Now I have to get to work on updates and what-what.

Some idjit was doing stupid human tricks and sheered off the light pole at the end of my street at 8 this morning. I finally got power back around 4pm.... cable a couple of hours ago... only god knows how long before I get the phones back (not that I miss them)

So I spent the day grilling stuff for tomorrow, doing some yard work, and hoping I don't get burnt (the sun was actually shining).

Hope your mother in law improves Jim and happy belated to the youngen. 18 is a big one.

Jim, my thoughts are with you and your family. I hope everything improves.
