Instead of taking a sponsors content and just building a site to showcase it. I started with an idea in my head then searched for a sponsor with the type of content that fit the theme i was trying for. I like the result, hope some credit card holders do too. :D

Your full size pics are a bit on the big size, some over 100k, but other then that it's a nice site.

I was going to say that I would drop the webmaster link. But since Anna just opened up her webmaster program, I think it could be a good idea :)

I add the webmaster link to the index pages of free sites as I dont use up the three sponsor links per page on the index page so adding this counts as one more sponsor link and maybe someone will use it to promote the sponsor too.

What would be a good image size to shrink these down too?

edit: I'm in the proces of resizing to 700 pixels on the big side.

Webmaster links on free sites & galleries are useless IMHO

CCBILL webmaster links are twice as redudant, in that the cookie that refers a surfer also refers a webmaster/affiliate as far as i know.

so if i saw the site and i wanted to try the sponsor i'd just click on an ad/banner

I really like the site! It has a nice design and also good content.
Can you tell me how you make mouseovers? I haven't written code in awhile and I don't remember how it's done. Thanks!

Yes, but quite often I find that there is no link to the webmaster info on leak free tours. I've noticed a marked increase in webmaster referals since I began including a $$WEBMASTER$$ link at the bottom of my TGP galleries for sponsors that pay for referals.

The actual size of the pic in pixels is often determined by how well it can be optimized. If you shoot for between 30-50k at 700px but it looks like shit, try 650px on the long side. But don't force pics down to a kb target if they simply don't optimize well. It's give & take on both aspects. When I build, I tend to aim for between 640-700 on the long side. If the pics still linger at 80kb at 640, I'll drop to 600 and call it a day.
