Do link lists allow paysites to be submitted to them? if so are the linking of recips the same way?

i accept sometimes paysites as long the link is in a good place and the links page is linked from index and possibly other pages, but that's just me :)

That is a tough one, think Leon got it. Depends on how the site look too. There are some places that sell turnkey paysites that are just about identical to each other, those will never get listed anywhere.
