Question about the mature niche
 

I'm a big fan of true milfs- the kind like Stiffler's mom, not a 22 year old with a baby.

That being said, how popular is the mature market for VERY mature? My 70 year old neighbour wants to pose for us.
My questions:

Can we make anything from it?
Can we run it as a solo personality site?
