Stolen image - what do I do?
 

A friend of mine notified me of a stolen image of mine he saw being used in the header of this gallery:

I emailed this guy but no reply so far.

What else can I do about this?

First off get the ref code and notify the sponsor. If they're straight up business people they won't be thrilled about someone using stolen images to promote their site.

Send a DMCA notice to his host.

This guy is also a cheater, beside being a content thief. In addtion to prettynylon.com he uses the domain aboutnylon.com, and probably some others. He submits legit galleries to TGPs that get approved, but after a couple of days they redirect to other pages, some with exploits. |angry|

Notify the tgps that he submits to- if he is blacklisted, you hurt him in his wallet

this guy is the biggest cheater in the buisness

I called Pegasus a few times about him and always got empty promises

Adding him to my blacklists :)

Best to notify all the people before you bring it to the boards were they might notice it and change pages too soon.

I did email him earlier today with no reply.

I emailed the sponsor for that gallery and his hosting company, Pegasus.
So far just Pegasus replied saying they were forwarding it to the server owner for investigation...hmm.

it doesnt matter if you bl him
every month he gets a couple hundred new domains on new ips and starts all over again

I had problems with him for years

to prove my point
that domain was created on 2005-06-02

just imagine if he put all of that effort into doing things the right way.............

yeah, he'd probably be making 25% of the income. :)
