If you didn't buy it, and it's not a sponsors free content, it's generally safer to not use it at all. There really is no such thing as "public domain" on the net.

You changed the content and submitted single male content to the naked men cat thats ok but you had gay adds on it and thats a no no :( if your gonna submit to that cat you must have links to naked men sites as in sites for the ladies. On a side note here, I am not even sure after your public domain stuff on the last site if this content really belongs to you?

I've been a fool in the past as I didn't know what's what, what was and wasn't allowed etc...

I have tried to rectify what mistake I made, hence I was able to seemingly able to change the entire content and tour pages so quickly as soon as I was told. I made a genuine mistake by not reuploading the pages. That entire site was rebuilt over 3 months ago.
Please give me a break!? |sad|

In regard to the submitting to site to the naked men category,
whenever I submit sites to the gay section and there is only pics of one male there, it seems to get moved to the naked men category anyway, i believed this was what i should have been submitting to anyway.

The content you speak of is licenced with Tritech (UGAS, Cyberage, CyberSex, etc..) Feel free to check it out with them.
All you have to do is click on the link on the page and it'll show you the custodian/s.

In all fairness, My site doesn't contravene any rules, my site has licenced content and I submitted to the categry all my gay sites seem to end up in anyway.
I have resubmitted my site this time to the GAY category.

Hope this is now cool and i'm sorry for my |newbie| style fuck up.
