Anyone have a good database for TGP-ASSISTANT?
 

I've just started building my database for this program (about 40 TGPs)

The one that came with it was loaded with unavailable sites. Does anyone have a good working TGP database for this program?

I know the guy that built those databases. They are going to be about two year old and lots of changes have been made. Your best bet is to start clean and try to build you a db of 100/150 tgps that will select your submits.

It is (was) a great program. The developer is a brilliant man.

Yes, that's good advice, I'm in the process of building my database of TGPs right now.

Does anyone know a place I can find a good list of working TGPs? Or do you have some TGPs to suggest?

I just went through that list for TGPs. I added a lot of them to my TGP-Assistant... took awhile, but I'm sure it will be worth it |yawn|

ponyman, i read your thread and downloaded the program myself. did you manage to find the password to open the database up ?

If you're talking about TGP Assistant, you don't need a password for the database.

It comes with a big database, but it is loaded with TGP sites that do not work anymore.

I started a new database of my own, and so far I have about 60 TGPs on it.

yea i downloaded tgp assistant. i have my own database but i wanted to look at theirs to see how its formatted and how i can use mine instead. when i click to open the mdb file it asks for a password.

Well, the TGP Assistant program needs to be open to edit the database.

I tried opening the .mdb file in notepad. It's impossible to read, but maybe you can do it.

I've been using the program for a week now, works great, but today I get this error: "you must be connected to the internet in order to use TGP Assistant"

My internet connection is working fine, but when I go to the TGP Assistant website www.TGP-Assistant.com It is down, so I wonder if this program only works when their site is up?
